Customer Satisfaction

  • During the final walkthrough if you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services we’ll redo any missed spots/areas (relative to the checklist) free of charge before leaving the property. Or, if you’d rather, we’ll refund a portion of what you paid for our service.
  • If you are unable to complete a final walkthrough with the technician(s) upon completion, we must be notified of any areas not done to your satisfaction within 12 hours from when the cleaning was completed in order to return and make it right or issue a partial refund.

Scope of Service

  • Our services include spot cleaning of walls. However, cleaning stains or marks due to smoking, grease, water, or other wear and tear is not included and requires a specialist.
  • Please note if the property is in worse condition than told at time of booking it can result in an upcharge.
  • During a cleaning service, if insects are present (whether unknown or discussed prior to cleaning), we will charge a $50 fee to dispose of them.

Liability

  • We do not move furniture/heavy boxes
  • During a cleaning service, if a health or safety hazard is discovered (i.e., blood, feces, weapons, drugs, etc.), we will stop the cleaning and leave the premises. We will contact you immediately to discuss next steps.
  • If our cleaners arrive at your property and there is a child under 16 years old but no adult present, we will leave the premises and reschedule or refund the service (Cancellation/Rescheduling fees may apply).
  • For liability reasons, the property for move in/out cleans must be completely empty OR any remaining items must be kept in one room behind a closed door which we will not enter or clean. If you are leaving furniture, please let us know before your service.
  • If your home is occupied, we will not clean or organize the interior of your closets to respect your privacy.
  • For liability, the inside of the refrigerator must be emptied for us to thoroughly clean them or handling instructions need to be provided, we will not remove/touch your food.
  • For liability, the interior of the cabinets must be emptied for us to thoroughly clean them or handling instructions need to be provided, we will not remove your belongings.

Payment

  • Payment is due by 11 PM the day before the scheduled service. If not received, we will not send the crew as scheduled.
  • Same day bookings – Payments are due two(2) hours prior to the scheduled service appointment ETA window.
  • All online bookings and recurring customers will be charged upon completion.

Cancelation/Rescheduling Fees:

  • Cancelations or Reschedules MUST be 24 hours in advance, PLEASE CALL!
  • Cancelations 24 hours or less of the service appointment time range will result in a $75 cancelation fee charge
  • Rescheduling appointments in less than 24 hours of the service appointment time range will result in a $50 cancelation fee charge
